膜分離制氮技術是根據(jù)空氣中的氮氣和氧氣在膜兩側壓差作用下,在膜中的溶解度和擴散系數(shù)不同,導致滲透率 較快的水蒸氣、氧氣等一些氣體先透過膜,成為富氧氣體,而滲透率較慢的氮氣則滯留富集,成為干燥的富氮氣體,達到氧氮分離的目的。
